St. Petersburg, III

Well, the second day of the trip, Saturday, began with sun. The sky was clear, no clouds at all, and our tour-leader sed, that it's raining there, that the weather-report said so. We had a good laugh. The first stop we had in Hermitage. its and enormous museum but we had only 2-hours tour there, because we had our time-limit. To see everything in Hermitage, we should have had weeks, or even months to spend there.
So we saw only the part of it, where were the exposisions about Russian history. I won't tell here about the history, because it's too complicated and I am not good in history.
Leaving the Hermitage we had rain. And we were all wet when we reached the bus. (We had to leave it in some distance of Hermitage, because the city-cenre was closed for rock-concert takeing place in the afternoon: it was the anniversaire of St. petersburg). Our tour-leader laughed at us, saying, that now we are going to trust everything he is saiing to us. Actually all his weather-reports were correct anyway.
After hermitage we had an hour for shopping and then we went to Zarskoe Seloo (It's called pushkino nowa days, because it has close connections to Russian poet Pushkin). We visited the palace (the famous Amber room too) and I was translating everything I could to Carla, so she would understand and know where she actually was.
Later we had tour in the garden and everyone buyed the souvenirs to take home with them. And then it started to rain again.
Leaving the palace and garden, we had one.hour-stop at some shopping-center. Well, everybody knows, thre are very cheap cigarettes and vodka in Russia, but chocklate is very cheap there too.
